we pay special attention to:

On the building's roof, we have installed photovoltaic panels that support powering the building with renewable electricity, and we also use heat pumps. In common areas, we use lighting equipped with motion sensors, which significantly reduces electricity consumption, and in rooms and guest zones, we use energy-efficient LED lighting. Our ventilation system employs heat recovery, which allows the heat from the extracted air to be returned to the building instead of being irretrievably lost. Throughout the building, we also practice waste segregation.

We take water management particularly seriously. In the bathrooms, we have installed aerators that reduce water consumption without compromising shower comfort. For watering the greenery around the property, we use our own water source instead of municipal supplies. We cover the pools and water areas at night to reduce heat loss. Our pools operate using OSPA technology, which maintains high water quality without the use of chlorine. This solution is better both for the environment and for the comfort and health of our Guests. We have also implemented a policy of exchanging towels and bathrobes only upon Guest request, which effectively reduces the consumption of water, energy, and detergents, while also extending the lifespan of the textiles.

For guests traveling by electric car, we provide chargers on the premises, supporting the development of more sustainable mobility and encouraging the choice of eco-friendly forms of transport during trips in the Pieniny Mountains. Thanks to the convenience of charging the vehicle on-site, our guests can comfortably explore the area while reducing emissions and the transport's impact on the region's natural environment.

  • Zero waste: we compost organic waste, plan seasonal menus, and reduce single-use packaging in favor of reusable solutions. We encourage Guests not to waste food.
  • We process food leftovers using the ORCA system, which breaks down food waste in less than 24 hours, without transport or additional emissions, enabling further use such as biogas production.
  • We use refillable cosmetic dispensers and water in reusable glass bottles. We limit paper use by conducting most documentation and communication electronically.
